WELCOME TO PHOENIX AND MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALLS WINTER MEETINGS.
Its time for major league baseballs annual winter meetings,
a conference for all team owners and staff to discuss rules, make trades, and generally party their brains out. The players, their agents, and various other hangers-on are also in attendance.
These meetings are being held in sunny Arizona at the
tax-payers financed fiasco known as Savings & Loan Ballpark, or the S.Lo.B. Colonel Beauregard T. Angelo, owner of the hometown Arizona Piggybacks, is happy to
see everyone here tonight as we kick off the meetings with the Grand Slam Ball. However, don't get TOO comfortable. A lot of ill will runs just beneath the surface of this happy ball club.
Theres a good chance not all of tonight's players will make it to the
last inning, so keep your head up, your eye on the ball and don't spill on your
jersey.
This is a grisly tale of greed, jealousy, and SPAM recipes.
It is not a story for the faint of heart, nor should those who become nauseous at the sight of chewing tobacco drool
expect to make it to the end of the play.
(The
audience will be given name tags depicting various agents, owners, and players from the world of baseball. The seven
actors portray 9 different characters associated with the Piggybacks. One of them is murdered and the audience helps
to identify the murder. Music, dancing, pitching and great frivolity is involved.)
This
production has played with great success to many private audiences including Terravita Country Club, Corte Bella
Country Club and Pinewood Country Club. For references, testimonials or more information, please contact us.
